Freeze instantly

In the app, at no charge, as often as you like. A frozen card declines every authorization until you unfreeze it.

Set and change your PIN

In the app. You do not need to call anyone or visit a branch.

Lost, stolen or damaged

Order a replacement in the app. The replacement fee is shown on screen before you confirm it.

Open holds survive a freeze

Freezing stops new authorizations. It does not release a hold that is already placed — only the merchant or expiry does that.

Virtual and physical

The virtual card works the moment it is issued. The physical card follows by post and shares the same ceiling.

Closing your membership

You can close at any time. Any open hold has to expire or be released by the merchant first.
