Terms of membership
These summarise the membership in plain language. The four contracts govern; where this page and a contract differ, the contract wins.
Scope
These terms cover your use of this website and the summary descriptions on it. The membership itself is governed by the four contracts and the Wa'd undertaking, which you accept in the app.
Nothing on this site is financial advice, and no card issuance or money movement happens on this website.

Eligibility and identity
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract under Kuwaiti law and able to complete identity verification in the app.
The website never collects Civil ID images. Identity documents are handled only in the app, under the privacy notice.
Ending the membership
You can close your membership at any time. Any hold already placed has to expire or be released by the merchant first — we cannot release a merchant's authorization on their behalf.
Closing does not extinguish an obligation under the Wa'd for a valid claim already settled.
Statements about Sharia compliance and licensing
Our four-contract structure has been submitted to an independent Sharia Supervisory Board for ruling.
Registration with the Central Bank of Kuwait is in progress. We are not yet authorised to issue cards.
Compliance opinions are issued by the Sharia Supervisory Board, not by this website, and may differ between jurisdictions and schools of thought. A ruling issued for Kuwait does not bind a board in another market.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Nothing here removes a right you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.

BIN sponsorship is under negotiation with a Visa principal member.
Depozit does not offer credit. There is no credit line, no revolving balance, and no interest charged or paid on any part of this product. The guarantee covers 90% of the KD 500 ceiling; the remaining KD 50 is the cardholder's own responsibility.
